JOB DESCRIPTION:  - Responsible for selling Information Security services/solutions offered by Aujas in Northern region of India across industry domains   - Generate business from new and existing accounts, focusing on the complete range of services offered by the company  - Responsible for entire sales cycle starting from lead identification, proposal & presentations, techno-commercial negotiations, closing of orders and collections.  - Identify key business issues and opportunities, lead the formulation and presentation of solutions and proposals to potential clients by partnering with Practice Heads/Technical teams in Aujas   - Build a solid pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues across the various Verticals/Practices in Aujas   - Execute on plan strategies and track and report on progress on all targets (qualitative and quantitative)   - Team Management  Essential Skills:  - Must have proven ability to drive and achieve business objectives independently  - Consultative selling experience with a strong appreciation of technology  - Must be able to handle the Proposals to the prospective clients independently  - Consistent track record in closing deals and developing accounts for long term growth  - Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships at CXO level in a customer organization  - Capability to understand and develop customer needs across vertical segments in the information security domain  - Must be able to take on challenges like shrinking sales cycles, growing technology complexities, shorter release cycles and reduced time-to-market   - Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills   Qualifications:  - Bachelors/Masters Degree in Engineering/Technology/Science   - Masters Degree in Management from a University/College of repute is preferred  Experience:  - Min 6 yrs. as a Sales/Business Development Professional involved in Sales in the IT Services industry with proven track record  - Experience in selling Information Security Services will be a big plus  About Aujas (www.aujas.com)  Aujas is a Global Information Risk Management (IRM) company with a presence in United States, South Asia and the Middle East.
