Job description : Director, Customer Accounts Management

Location: New Delhi

Audatex India, is an Indian subsidiary of (multi-national company) Solera, the world's leading provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing industry. They leverage each other to develop and deliver the latest technologies, market intelligence and best practices to over 1,65,000 customers in 70 countries. Their complementary core brands provide repair estimation and valuation, vehicle history, fraud detection, salvage vehicle disposal services, data and analytics for insurer re-underwriting, and much more.

The role is to be single point of contact for mid & senior management of customers and manage customer relationship for all customers in India

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing customer accounts and being the face of the company to clients (Auto Manufacturers and Insurance Companies

- Building and expanding relationships with customers continuously

- Championing the customer/client at all levels internally to efficiently & effectively represent the customer

- Work closely with regional sales team to achieve high sales target

- Identifying opportunity & risks, preparing the action plan for achieving the key sales figures

- Identifying and implementing metrics for better customer experience

- Collecting market feedback and provide periodic updates to the management for formulation of policy & strategy

- Ensuring they are aware with all competitive activities within accounts and preventing attrition

- Collecting and consolidating and presenting feedback on existing product improvement & new product requirement for market trends

- Identifying new product opportunities with the existing clients

- Managing specific client relationship including negotiation, contracting and implementing the end product

The above list of main duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive and you may be asked to carry out other ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Additional Responsibilities :

- To achieve company's mission and ensure success of business in market

- To do peer review of the new Product for India

- To do peer review for Customer support service

Professional Qualifications/Requirements :

- MBA from a top tier business school

- Account Management or Sales/Marketing experience of 5 - 10 years - preferably in the automotive industry

- Fluent in English (regional languages a plus)

- Ability to prove facts firmly

- Management, Mentoring and Leadership skills

- Result oriented, Strategic & Innovative thinker

- Pleasing personality

- Technically solid - able to communicate technical facts in a concise manner

- Extensive travelling within India to develop and maintain customer relations, and visibility of the business in the Industry

- Enthusiasm for company's mission & business model

- Knowledge of automobile accident claims processing life cycle (desired)

- Result driven with a track record of maintaining & developing long term client relationship

- Likes to work with focus on empirical goals and results

- Aggressive/sense of urgency

- Resilient
