Background of the Organization:

Auctus Advisors, a fast growing Boutique Management Consulting Firm is looking for self-motivated and qualified management consultants. The firm works closely with senior leadership and board members of diverse companies to provide strategic direction and implementation support.

Position: Associate Consultant / Consultant (Energy / Mining Sector)

Role:

- The candidate would be responsible for engagement delivery with C-suite clients in the energy and mining sectors

Requirements:

- Management / Strategy / Operations Consulting experience or experience of working with the CEO office / COO office

- Deep understanding of Indian mining and Energy sector

- 3-5 years of experience in Power / Mining / Energy Space

- A self driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset

- Previous experience in undertaking and executing independent project modules

- Conversant in power point presentations and use of excel

- Analytically strong

Educational Background & Experience:

- MBA from among tier 1 B-schools like IIM, ISB, XLRI with under-graduation from a tier 1 College/University (IITs, IT-BHU, REC, SRCC, LSR, St. Stephen's etc.)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
