Salary Range: 5-10 LPA  Description :  We are looking for motivated, self-starter inside sales ambassadors who will drive business growth via lead generation and closing new deals. Your sales approach will ensure the customer is put first and you will be adaptable to utilize multiple sales approaches to close a deal.   Responsibilities :   - Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce product solutions.  - Prospect, qualify and develop sales ready leads and set appointments for the sales team through telemarketing.  - Perform software demos with prospects walking them through our product offerings.  - Follow up on leads, prepare proposals and conduct research to identify key decision makers and influencers within the target market and convert lead to deal.  - Respond to and qualify all incoming inquiries from phone, email and web and convert the inbound leads generated by the marketing team.  - Work with marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns.  - Develop sales opportunities through primary, secondary research including building up and maintaining the prospects database.  - Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further business development opportunities.  - Provide periodic updates on sales activities & projected sales forecasts to sales lead.  - Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quotas.   - Assist the product development team with market trends and customer feedback.  Skill Set Desired :  - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.   - A winning attitude: quick thinking, the ability to overcome objections, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.  - High aptitude for comprehending client business models and proactively designing solutions to address the corresponding opportunities.  - Strong negotiation and relationship development skills.  Compensation/Benefits :  - Base salary plus attractive incentives structure.   - A platform to explore your creativity & doing crazy things @ work.
