Your entrepreneurial spirit will help you drive into new areas within the company limited only by your hard work and inspiration.   Responsibilities :  - Research, prospect and generate leads for new businesses followed by requirements analysis meet with prospective clients.  - Conduct outbound cold calling to offer product offerings to businesses and schedule appointments for software demonstration.  - Perform software demos with prospects walking them through our product offerings.  - Track deal pipeline, follow up with prospects and convert lead to deal.  - Process orders and ensure payments are received upon software deployment.  - Conduct detailed research on the competitors, industry trends, product market fit & customer expectations.  - Provide periodic updates on sales activities & projected sales forecasts to sales lead.  - Assist the product development team with market trends and customer feedback.  - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue & forge strategic alliances.  - Represent company at key industry events and trade shows.  - Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quotas.   - Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further business development opportunities.  Experience :  - 2 Years of minimum experience in business development role from IT/ITES Industry with stellar track record to showcase.   - Computer Science, Marketing, or Sales Qualifications preferred.  - Software Product Sales Experience preferred.  Skill Set Desired :  - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.   - A winning attitude: quick thinking, the ability to overcome objections, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.  - Desire to be on the ground floor of an energetic technology startup.  - Start-up worthy: maniacal work ethic, run-through-brick-walls mentality, thrive in a fluid environment with rapidly changing priorities.  - Unquestioned integrity and honesty.  - Relentless work ethic & dynamic presentation ability.  - High aptitude for comprehending client business models and proactively designing solutions to address the corresponding opportunities.  - Strong negotiation and relationship development skills.  Compensation/Benefits :  - Base salary plus attractive incentives structure.   - Performance based stock options are provided on achieving sales targets.  - A platform to explore your creativity & doing crazy things @ work.
