Au Financiers - Chief Learning & Development/Employee Experience Professional (8-15 yrs)
Functional Competencies :
- 8-10 yrs. of experience of design, development and deployment of trainings /delivery, content and overall employee experience & Engagement. Should have knowledge and experience of working in banking sector
- Strong knowledge of Banking products, processes and compliance needs .
- Good command on Language, Presentation skills and effective communication skills
- Hands on in content making /designing

Financial Responsibilities :
- Plan departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organisational planning and budgeting systems.
- Plans annual TNA exercise using inputs from Performance Management System, Business Objectives and functional & behavioural development needs of the business
Non Financial Responsibilities :
- Facilitate annual TNA exercise using inputs from Performance Management System, Business Objectives and functional & behavioural development needs of the business
- Analysis of skill gaps, jobs, and career trajectories and design of company-wide talent management and leadership development strategies that provide with a competitive advantage to attract, grow and retain talent
- Design & rollout a comprehensive training & development calendar across employee groups
- Developing a system of robust metrics for measuring learning effectiveness and focusing consistently on the value of learning
- Identify, on-board & develop a strong network of external vendors for facilitating specific interventions
- Collaborate with Business leads and Support functions to identify opportunities for export of Hi-Po talent to other geographies for specific projects/assignments
- May collaborate with Regional teams for nominations of key talent to area sponsored management development/leadership development programs
- Ensure execution of the new hire induction program
- Mentors the staff and junior team members to build capability within the function
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities :
- Ensures legal and compliance trainings are imparted in due course of time
- Should be able to share all necessary periodic reports with regulatory authorities
