Responsibilities

- To serve as head of Sales and Marketing Operations to support the company's revenue and bookings attainment.

- Understanding Company strategy for executing a sales development & enablement plan that aligns with the strategy

- Ownership of Sales Operations and Sales Management leadership

- Leading business development team, lead generation team and inside sales teams to maximize prospecting efforts

- Sales cross functional leader working horizontally within the company to support delivery, HR, marketing, product marketing and product management teams in assessing current and future state of the portfolios for targeting success and developing the right content and messaging for the respective organizations

Qualifications:

- At least 10 years of sales (both front end and business development) and marketing experience, with focus on management, field sales, channel sales and inside sales enablement, including managing a staff of direct reports

- Global experience with a combination across large, medium and small organizations

- Result oriented and target driven sales management expertise

- Experience with social selling tools and best practices for SaaS sales organizations

- Global experience tailoring and scheduling programs and initiative's, including travel as needed

- Proven ability to partner with and earn the trust of sales executives providing counsel and leadership on strategic sales enablement projects

- Proactive and self-directed: Must be able to define and scope new initiatives on the sales and marketing front with minimal guidance in collaboration with other organizational portfolios based on field input and relevant organizational data

- Proven partner channel management capabilities

- Depth in Account planning strategies and tools strongly preferred
