- Providing consultative payment solutions to Banks/Financial Institutions to identify new business needs and opportunities

- Managing business profitability and analysing the P&L to identify key drivers

- Tracking of planned revenue/ Order entry

- New initiatives planning, competitor analysis and planning innovations as per market trends and regulatory requirements

- Building new strategies & enhancing the existing products by applying domain knowledge, Product management skills and industry best practices

- Rolling out acquiring products in line with business objectives

- Closely working with technology team (for the delivery of the product), operations team (for any on ground actionables) and finance team (for cost approvals)

- Good Business Knowledge with mix of Technological knowledge as well

- Hunting & New Business Development, cros sell & retain existing customer engagement,

- Responsible for developing, managing and delivering the sales targets. Favorably influence customer behavior to effectively drive key performance indicators

- End-to-end management for customer relationship

- Liaison with key internals & external stakeholders to develop and enhance customer's new requirement & existing

- Handle customer escalations and ensure 100% resolution within stipulated time frames

- 10+ years in Cards and Payments domain

- Should have successfully managed relationship with Banking Industry & Card payments domain (specially in West & South)

- Experience in hunting of New Business & fertilization of existing relationships with Banks .

- Understanding of Issuing and acquiring products from a product, alliances and sales perspective.
