Atkins India is committed to design excellence in the delivery of first class solutions which combine innovation, imagination and best practice.  Degree qualified, experienced recruiters (either agency or in-house), with a minimum of 4-8 years relevant recruitment experience  The capability to advise on and deliver best practice candidate attraction methodologies  Extensive and demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates utilising a variety of methods including networking, on-line and off-line advertising, internet search (data mining), database searching and the use of Web 2.0 methodology (Google adwords/Social Media etc.) in addition to utilising relevant recruitment providers  Experience of bulk recruitment and large scale project mobilisations would be a distinct advantage  Proficient in the use of spreadsheet, database and word processing packages - Word and Excel, and working knowledge recruitment databases (such as Taleo)  Ability to manage multiple campaigns across geographically dispersed locations  Ability to communicate clearly  Resilient and able to work under pressure  Driven, highly organized with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines  Strong interpersonal skills, can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels  Confident, diplomatic and tactful - demonstrating high levels of confidentiality
