In order to support our growth we are looking for consultants in the area of Transaction advisory / Due diligence. We are ideally looking for consultants with skills and demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:  Financial Modelling: with the aid of modelling tools, develop and review bespoke models that support transactions, forecasts, financing and investment evaluation  Infrastructure Advisory: advice on the development of infrastructure projects, PPPs and other transactions  Economics, Regulation and Policy: conduct economic and cost benefit analysis, economic impact studies, economic policy and regulatory analysis and advice  Capacity Building  Position: Consultant/Sr Consultant  Location: Chennai   Ideally you will possess:  1. Experience in transaction advisory services / corporate finance and / or economics  2. Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, business, economics or engineering (postgraduate qualifications in accounting or finance highly regarded)  3. Understanding of government / property and / or infrastructure projects  4. Strong financial modelling and analysis capability  5. An analytical and commercial background gained from within practice, corporate services or government sectors  6. Experience researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including policy guidelines, industry trends and practices  7. Experience in the commercial and financial aspects of transport and/or social infrastructure projects  8. A keen interest in infrastructure and government with a desire to learn new skills  9. Superior report writing, communication and presentation skills  10. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams  11. Proven analytical and interpersonal skills  12. As a Consultant or Manager in Transaction Advisory, you will:  13. Be part of a team that provides advice to clients on large and complex infrastructure transactions  14. Undertake financial modelling, report preparation and analysis on infrastructure and large scale government projects and commercial/financial evaluation of large project tenders  15. Become an integral member of our team, working closely with senior team members on a day-to-day basis  Job Description   - Conduct research, management interviews and site visits; analyze information obtained from various channels and prepare valuation reports  - Prepare proposals and present reports to clients  - Review and analyze project reports issued by other firms in order to assist teams on projects associated   - Develop and analyze complex financial models and perform financial analyses (historical performance review, financial forecast and free cash flow analysis)  - Work closely with clients, targets and other professionals in the financial due diligence, legal, tax and valuation fields  - Provide advisory support to clients during discussions on transactions  - Undertake project related travel as and when necessary   The strongest applicants will have a demonstrated interest in consulting.
