Willingness to take initiative and passion for making a dent in the development policy domain are essential for this role.   Title: Senior Consultant   Desired Profile:   Requirements/Qualifications:   - MBA from a tier-I B-School (or)   - MPA, MPP from a top Public Policy School (or)   - Advanced Economics degree from a top Economics Department   Skills/Competencies:   - Strong analytical abilities   - Structured thinking and project based decision making skills   - Excellent communication skills   - Excellent report writing skills. Prior experience of writing reports, creating client presentations and publishing research papers is essential   - Strong aptitude for high quality research   - Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines   - Attention to detail   - Entrepreneurial attitude to handle challenging tasks; deal with circumstantial ambiguity and shoulder responsibility   - Demonstrated interest in Public Policy or Development issues   Description:   - Project Management responsibility for one or more projects at a time   - Actively be involved in firm's business development efforts   - Manage a team of consultants and analysts and ensure high quality outputs   - Direct research efforts   - Organizing conferences and workshops   The strongest applicants will have a demonstrated interest in analyzing public policy or development issues and wish to pursue a career development consulting.
