Willingness to relocate to New Delhi or Chennai and interest in working in a start-up environment is essential.  Title: Lead Consultant - Climate Change & Sustainability  Desired Profile:  Requirement:  - Post graduate Degree in Environment/ Economics/Engineering with strong research orientation   - 5+years of experience in energy efficiency, climate risk analysis; formulating mitigation measures; undertaking impact assessments; adaptation strategies; policy analysis and advocacy and preferable experience in developing state action plans for climate change  - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience in management presentations and results packaging.  - Proven experience of 3+ years in business development and client interaction.  - Strong analytical abilities and with exemplary skills in data modeling  - Prior experience of writing reports, creating client presentations and publishing research papers is essential   - Strong project management capabilities to manage multiple projects and propensity for thinking through projects in a process-oriented way  The candidate will be required to perform the following roles/duties:  - Strategize the growth process of the climate change and energy practice   - Lead business development efforts by exploring new avenues and markets  - Engage with clients   - Build and manage a team of professionals while providing guidance at the execution phase
