More about us @ www.athenainfonomics.in   Position: Manager - Business Development  Reports to: Director  Job Requirements:  - M.B.A/Post Graduate with relevant qualifications  - At least 2 years of BD support experience with a reputed consulting firm  - Experience in preparing proposals to Multilateral Agencies, Foundations, Governments  - Experience in preparing consultancy proposals for private sector clientele is preferable  - Proven track record of successful project conversions  Role and Responsibilities:  - Track RFPs from different portals and other business leads,   - Appraise practice managers about leads in their respective domains  - Maintain up to date business development collateral including corporate profiles, CVs of staff/associates, profiles of partner firms  - Respond to RFPs  - Attend pre-bid meetings  - Follow up with respective agencies on RFPs submitted  - Administer BD Budget  - Provide assistance in preparation of proposals and BD presentations  - Support in project resource estimation and budgeting   - Ensure adherence of engagement management procedures  - Maintain Athena contacts (sector/domain/level wise)and update them periodically  - Plan and execute a social media marketing/branding strategy  - Support/assist in Athena’s branding activities including knowledge partnerships and publishing articles/thought notes/brief reports in newspapers, journals and other media channels  - Participate in BD review meetings and prepare requisite periodical reports for management review  Incentives:  - CTC + performance linked bonus - Fast track career progression - Opportunity to growth with a young and high performance team  Willingness to relocate to Chennai is essential and interest in working in a start-up environment is preferred.   We are looking for team members, not mere employees, who share our passion for excellence and want to participate in the process building an institution.
