Reporting to: Manager - Supply Chain / Procurement  Location: Chakan, Pune  Purpose:  He is responsible for the smooth and effective functioning of the store. Responsible for Planning, Organizing, Controlling and Management of store functions.  General Duties/Activities:  - To maintain material, equipments and consumables etc. as required, and ensure effective supervision and coordination of the received, unloaded and assembled inbound stock   - To achieve the service level and ensure that KPI's are met  - To ensure adherence to SOP's at stores and monitoring by periodic reviews.  - Minimize cost by monitoring the efficiency of the movement and storage of goods i.e. maintain MSL and ROQ  - Present periodic reports and updates to Concept on stock management (loss of goods, stock out, stock ageing) and carry out exception reporting  - Maintaining computerized records of incoming & outgoing materials, inventory levels.  - Ensure proper packing and handling of products, storage conditions in terms of temperature, humidity & stacking should be maintained as per company norms (As per MSDS).  - Keep a check on Stores inventory / ordering levels & initiate necessary action for replenishment of stocks  - Must have experience in inventory control methods of engineering goods / raw material.   - Maintaining store receipts, issue & bin cards.   - Periodic physical stock check & Bin card reconciliation to maintain inventory matching with ledger.  - Close co-ordination with manufacturing & purchase department for timely order.   - Proper storage of received material at pre-defined storage locations for quick and easy retrieval.   Qualification & Experience:   - Any Graduate   - Minimum 5 to 10 years of overall experience in engineering manufacturing industry. Preferably from Multinational background  - ERP exposure is mandatory  - Must have knowledge of excise.   - Should be well-versed with processes & compliance to set up New Store Area  - Should be able to face all internal & external stock audits independently  Skills & Competencies:  - Well organized, with good grasping power  - Good Communication and Analytical skills  - Good knowledge of computer applications- Word and Excel  - Good Team Player  - Good knowledge about the systems
