The Simplification CoE brings innovative,creative and unconventional approaches to simplifying key business processes and enterprise systems whiledriving a grass-roots culture change of thinking simple at all levels of the organization.

The Simplification Program Lead is an exciting opportunity for a leader interested in driving transformational change across key business processes and systems. The role involves leading and supporting large-scale IT and enterprise transformation programs, shaping a compelling program vision and strategy, and delivering tangible business outcomes. Focus areas include stakeholder management across all levels, exceptional operational delivery, and inspirational and influential leadership.

Role Outline:

Typical accountabilities include:

- Lead large-scale enterprise change programs across the organization. Create a compelling customer-centric vision for programs and translate vision to strategy, clear scope and execution. Deliver innovative solutions and tangible business results.

- Build strong cross-functional program teams, lead and motivate the team for success. Demonstrate strong team leadership and collaboration skills, balanced with command skills to drive accountability and decision-making.

- Own end-to-end operational delivery of change & continuous improvement programs. Build and own program plans; lead steering/stakeholder meetings; manage program plans, budgets and interdependencies across other programs; and risk and issue mitigation.

- Demonstrate ability to drive change by influencing across the matrix and senior stakeholders. Train, coaching and influence all levels to adopt new ways of working.

- Manage relationships with senior business stakeholders to ensure the effective captue of business requirements. Ensure expected business benefits are realized and clearly understood by senior stakeholders and program leadership team.

- Ensure deployment and transition plans are in place to ensure smooth and effective hand-over to global process owners to sustain the change.

Qualification

- Technical or Business Degree

- Proven skills and experience managing large programs from the ground-up

- Experience applying Six Sigma and Lean methodologies & sustaining desired outcomes

- Excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills

- Proven track record of defining business strategies and influencing key business stakeholders

- Strong negotiating skills and experience across complex groups

- Strong track record managing and leading global project teams that are geographically dispersed

- Experience shaping innovative solutions that have enterprise impact

- Excellent business acumen with sensitivity to environment

- Excellent leadership skills interacting with senior leaders
