Experience- 2 to 4 years of working in Pharma Industry in SFE role / Analytics firm, working on sales effectiveness / efficiency projects

1. Ensure Secondary sales planning by each Rep for his accounts and wholesale dealers

2. Drive call planning and messaging to Doctors

3. Design Review templates, ensure timely completion of the templates and actively participate in Review meeting at RBM level

Demonstrated improvements through analytical insights and intervention in the planning / execution processes

1. Deep dive analysis of reasons of performing and non-performing territories

2. Identify gaps in sales execution through SFE KPIs, KOL engagement tracking and reviews

3. Engage with teams to close gaps in sales execution process

1. Performance grid of Reps and movement plan

2. SFE KPI dashboards, KOL engagement tacking

3. Plans for plugging the gaps in sales execution process

Valued Partner by Business through support in sales strategy execution and constructive challenges for driving better outcomes

4. Calculate potential of territories through profiling and secondary resources

5. Profile the doctors to identify key target segment for the sales strategy

6. Support in crafting sales force strategy with Business Unit

7. Rollout sales execution strategy to the field 1. Ranking of territories based on potential

2. Detailed understanding of doctors and alignment with the sales strategy

3. Participation and understanding of sales force understanding

4. Clarify of sales execution to RBMs, ABMs and TBMs

Adherence to the planning calendar for business planning and review processes

1. Define the Key timelines for activities such as profiling, dashboard publication and other key analyses

2. Schedule RBM business review process and ensure full participation

3. Adhere to the timelines and highlight key challenges

1. Detailed Plans for each activity

2. Timely RBM business meetings and availability of MoMs

3. Execution of activities against plan
