Associate - Wholesale Strategy - Global Markets

Corporate Title : Associate

Experience : 2 - 4 years

Qualification : MBA or MS from top tier institute

Role & Responsibilities :

Work as a part of the Wholesale Strategy division on global, regional and divisional projects :

- Prepare presentations for senior management board meetings, town halls and off sites

- Develop market sizing / revenue pool models at a regional as well as product level

- Prepare a quarterly presentation on Global Markets division's earnings covering financial performance analysis, changes in business/market environment and key themes impacting the earnings

- Conduct analysis of the competitive and general macro / market environment based on public data and industry reports used for senior management presentations

- Consolidate/analyze quarterly financial results for company and competitors

- Most of the projects require working closely with strategy team members, business CAOs, finance and other functional teams in different regions; working independently or with the support of another member of the team

- Support strategy team seniors / business on ad-hoc projects (for e.g.: impact of changing regulations on capital market business, acquisition screening / evaluation)

Key Skills :

Mandatory :

- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a strategy role, in a consulting firm or a strategy/business planning unit of a financial institution

- Strong analytical skills and excel skills

- Strong with PowerPoint and presentations

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to multi-task efficiently and meet project deadlines

- Attention to details
