Associate VP - Sales & Trading Support (8-15 yrs)

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work with a core team to set-up Sales & Trading support group for - clients;

With a focusing on building / developing solutions which are more aligned to the KPO/ Analytics space. This will include:

- Building analytical solutions for Sales and Trading functions

- Designing, Developing and Institutionalizing new tools/solutions

- Automating existing processes to achieve efficiency and address common challenges such as failed trades and error rates

- Building end-to-end solutions for such as Reuters2Excel and GetTopPriority in FX, Equity, Energy, Interest rates & Commodities.

- Work with senior operation and sales leadership in business development and account mining

- Manage transformation projects in the area of Sales and Trade Support; also manage delivery and client governance.

Skill set required:

- Strong business knowledge in Risk (Monte Carlo, VaR), Capital markets (Derivatives, Equity, Interest rates, Credit, FX, Commodities), Middle Office, Trade Life Cycle, Wealth Management, Hedge funds

- Technology exposure e.g. SQL, MS Projects, PL/SQL, VBA, Excel, C#, C++, VC++, etc.

- Experience in applications such SmartStream, Vitria, Gigaspaces, Sungard, Algorithmica

Education and experience

- MBA Finance/CFA/ FRM with Technology background

- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience..

Compensation

- To be decided on a case-by-case basis, pegged with the best in the industry.
