Job Designation: Associate Vice President (Data Analytics)

Department: Corporate’s and Professional Services

Job Description:

Overall DA Strategy and Business Development

- Responsible for managing existing client relationships

- Responsible for account mining and developing new client relationships in the DA space

Team Development

- Coaching and mentoring team members

- Responsible for productivity, utilization and quality of output of the group

- Development of training modules and imparting training to the group

Project Delivery

- Lead multiple Analytics engagements

- Predictive modeling, customer segmentation, reporting & analysis, data processing and cleansing.

- Demonstrate strong functional expertise by providing content leadership on projects

- Improve existing delivery processes and lead automation where applicable

Skill Set Required

- Experience of managing a team of 30+ professionals

- Experience of working and leading Analytics projects in one or multiple industries: Retail; Consumer Goods. Telecom, Technology, Energy, Oil & Gas

- Well versed with analytics techniques in Marketing and Campaign Management

- Experience of working on SAS, SQL. Exposure to any reporting/BI tools will be desired.

Experience

- 10+ years in Retail; Consumer Goods. Telecom, Technology, Energy, Oil & Gas(Even in a non-analytics role)

- At least the last 4+ years needs to be core analytics experience.
