Associate VP - BPO Delivery - Banking & Capital Markets

One of our esteemed client which is one of the leading IT services company is looking for a leadership role of Associate Vice President - BPO Delivery (Banking & Capital Markets) based out at Pune location.

Job Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in BPO industry.

- Graduate (in any discipline); Post Graduate will be preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

- Managing customer delight

- Managing Contractual SLAs

- Managing revenues and costs

- Performance Management for the team

- Process Improvement

- Reporting & Governance

- Managing Escalations

- Managing Overall Resource Utilization

- Resource planning & monitoring

- Client Relationship Management

- Team Development

- Compliance Management

- Process Improvement

- Lead multi-location teams

Skills required:

- Graduate (Post graduate will be preferred) with overall 14 years of work experience.

- Analytical Reasoning and Problem Solving.

- Work independently to meet deadlines.

- Verbal and written presentation skills.

- Must be able to simultaneously handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Team Management / Performance Management.

- P&L and Financial management.

- Practitioner's knowledge of Information Security Management System and Business Continuity Management System.

- Practitioner's knowledge of Quality Management System Procedures and Six Sigma Concepts.

- Practitioner's knowledge of Audit and compliance management.

- Important: knowledge of Capital Markets is a must and should have run Capital Markets operations.

- Should have experience in handling contract negotiations.
