Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in BPO industry.
- Graduate (in any discipline); Post Graduate will be preferred

- Must be able to simultaneously handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team Management / Performance Management.
- P&L and Financial management.
- Practitioner's knowledge of Information Security Management System and Business Continuity Management System.
- Practitioner's knowledge of Quality Management System Procedures and Six Sigma Concepts.
- Practitioner's knowledge of Audit and compliance management.
- Important: knowledge of Capital Markets is a must and should have run Capital Markets operations.
- Should have experience in handling contract negotiations.
