- Responsibilities involve all aspects of accrual accounting, US GAAP, managing a team that supports Global Accounting Controllers and Finance Controllers group.   - Lead the process re-engineering, standardization, and automation efforts.  - General Ledger activity for accuracy based on US GAAP rules  - Month-end closing activities  - Schedule prepaid amortization and journal entry postings  - SOX control testing as required  - Regulatory, SEC, and Internal reporting  - Account reconciliations and certification  - Intercompany expense settlements   - Perform CIS control testing  - Assist in annual audit collaboration (Internal and External)  - Ad-hoc Reporting
