Job Description:
- Responsible for senior level decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the organization
- Function as a strategic partner by linking all the HR strategies with business strategy and main stream of Organization.
- Recruit and hire personnel for all positions in compliance with corporate objectives and budget guidelines and with the goal of hiring optimal talent.
- Maintain vendor relationship with brokers and insurance companies, coordinating change implementation, resolving issues and interpreting policy
