Associate Vice President - Cloud Lead - Solutioning

Technical Skills:

- A deep understanding of application development/deployment concepts and tools that enable successful Cloud transformation

- In-depth exposure to Cloud migration & development, Cloud brokers, security aspects & excellent knowledge in scripting languages (Perl, Python, Shell, PowerShell - etc.)

- Architect solution on Cloud (AWS/Azure/...), PaaS (Cloud Foundry, OpenStack) and environment automation aspects using Chef, Puppetetc

- Deliver cloud platform solutions from initial design through implementation and then facilitate such global tasks as automated metrics collection and analysis

- Provide specialized technical support and consultation to business and IT managementbased on the proposed Cloud solutions

- Should have exposure to Cloud Monitoring tools ( CloudWatch, AppDynamics, Splunk ..etc.)

- Exposure to DevOpstools would be an added advantage: GIT, Jenkins, Sonar, Artifactory, IBM uDeploy/uRelease, Containers and Orchestration: Docker, AWS ECS, Kubernetes

Process Skills:

- Ability in performing rapid assessments of clients- landscape and targeting use cases and deployment targets for Public/Private Cloud technology

- Develop and create program blueprint, use case, supporting technical documentations for cloud Solutioning

- Compile, deliver, and evangelize end-to-end Cloud roadmaps that guide the evolution of infrastructure, products, and services by applying depth and breadth of expertise in multiple related disciplines.

Behavioral Skills:

- Provides leadership and direction to building & proposing solutions to customers

- Subject matter expert to guide technology strategy by convincing decision makers across multiple domains and working with Architects in each domain

- Model as-is and to-be architectures based on business requirements

- Extremely good communication skills &self-driven

Qualification:

- Somebody who has at least 14+ years of work experience in software development.

- Minimum of 3~5 years- experience in a customer-facing, role such as consultant, technical solutions engineer or solutions architect on Cloud

- Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
