The Associate : Is responsible for formulating
Primary Responsibility :Building Sales Capability for organisations in Technology/Electronics and Digital Spaces with focus on the following :
a.STRATEGIC SALES :
- Provide Strategic Consulting in the Sales function
- Go To Market Strategy- and Market planning
- Roll out Sales strategy - by establishing the Product based Distribution Channels
- Sales Data Analysis
b.SALES OPERATIONS :
- Develop process flows to understand current state, build future state and identify gaps for process improvement
- Prepare & validate - Return on Investment- analyses
- Monitor the efficiency in Sales operations
- Analyze maximize operational efficiency & evaluate possible changes
- Help Stakeholders to design specific operation strategy by implementing best practices for the industry
Academic :
5-8 years post qualification form premier B School
Experience in Strategic Consulting mandatory
