A leading advisory firm is looking to hire an Associate/ Sr. associate for its investment banking/ advisory division. Candidates can expect exposure to the entire deal cycle across M&A/ PE/ Debt.
- They should have excellent financial modeling and pitch presentation skills for preparing information memorandums, pitch books, teasers etc.
- They should have had direct client exposure and be well versed with the transaction cycle (end to end deal exposure) and legalities involved.
- CA's with due diligence experience may also apply
Requirements :
- Education: MBA (premier B- school)/ CA (first- attempt)
- Experience of around 2-3 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in financial modeling / presentations
