We have an urgent opening for Associate /Sr Associate/ Principal Ass. level position into Project Infrastructure & finance with a Law firm.

Education: LLB/MBA finance

Experience: Associate (2-5 yrs)

Sr Ass/ Principal Ass (5+ yrs)

Location: Delhi

Candidates from Financial services/ management consulting experienced would be preferred.

JD:

Project Infrastructure and Financing: Representation of financial institutions, development banks, government authorities, sponsors and project developers in various transactions (PF, EPC, PPA, concession agreements, BOT, BOOT etc),

Public-Private Partnerships, contract negotiations, permitting and regulatory matters in power, oil & gas, roads and other infrastructure sectors.

Financing of projects in power, oil & gas, roads and other infrastructure sectors. Initial Public Offering, AIM listing, Singapore BT listing of energy and infra companies.

M&A and PE: including due diligence, legal and procedural compliance, drafting and negotiation of the documentation.

Foreign Investment: Structuring of on-shore investments in India including subsidiary incorporation, approvals and filings, drafting and negotiating with the Indian venture partners.

General Corporate: general corporate matters, company law and contractual issues, preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts and company documents.

Real Estate: Due Diligence on the target infrastructure, drafting, vetting and negotiating the documentation.
