Job Title: Associate, Senior Associate, Manager, Senior Manager, Associate Director

Job Description:

- Talent Management and Leadership, to develop and execute the PI Talent Management Strategy, and partner with

- PI HR team to assess talent and leadership needs

- Align, prioritize and manage business-unit specific talent management initiatives within the PI Talent Management strategy

- Build collaborative ties with business-unit leaders & HR colleagues to understand organizational talent and address development needs or gaps

- Continually monitor talent composition and make recommendations on plans to address any portfolio or individual gaps

- Take a hands-on approach to building, managing, and executing on key talent review deliverables, including managing comprehensive PI talent reviews at key points during the year

- Jointly accountable with HR leaders to identify and implement appropriate programs and talent management solutions

- Design a variety of approaches for executive leader & high potential leadership development, solutions and services including a range of experiences, exposure opportunities and education. Partner with the PI Learning and Development organization to develop learning strategy and solutions. Also, partner with the IT MNC Enterprise Talent Group to leverage resources and take advantage of Enterprise Talent solutions

- Along with SVP, Talent and Leadership, serves as liaison with leadership development activities at the IT MNC Enterprise level for top talent

- Serves as an internal coach to leaders when indicated by the talent plan, which may include 360 debriefs or other coaching. Source external coaches as required, and serve as an expert consultant on development plans. Assist HR and clients create robust actionable development plans

- Partner with PI HR Operations to develop metrics and scorecard reporting for talent management work included in the HR plan with a focus on demonstrating the business impact of talent initiatives.

- Work in close collaboration with HR and PI L&D to ensure a comprehensive approach to development of PI talent

Desired Skills and Experience:

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree required, Masters required(HR)

- 2-15 years- experience in both Talent Management and Leadership-related practices

Skills and Knowledge

- Expert consultant in talent management and leadership development areas. Provide PI thought leadership and strategic direction in these areas

- Strong strategic consulting skills, with highly effective influencing capability and relationship management skills

- Ability to work at both a strategic and tactical level to drive the end-to-end talent management cycle and processes.

- Demonstrated experience and ability to execute talent review processes including tactical implementation

- Strong ability to partner and collaborate. Able to effectively collaborate and build strong relationships with HR and business partners to deliver results, both within PI and across the enterprise

- Demonstrated experience in successfully working with senior level managers including understanding business needs and delivering strong talent and leadership solutions

- Able to diagnose, develop, and implement appropriate talent management solutions that have lasting business impact

- Can develop and manage to measurable goals and progress in talent management. Can develop, track and assess Talent Management KPIs and maintain a Talent Management scorecard to evaluate PI talent health and progress

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Set priorities appropriately against competing demands
