Job Description :

- The main role as a project finance solicitor is to help negotiate and draft all of the documentation regarding the funding of large projects

- Conducting detailed credit analyses and financial due diligence on new business opportunities for Project Finance deals

- To help client meetings, taking notes on ongoing negotiations provide their opinion to clients on the commercial, as well as the legal, aspects of the matter.

- necessary activities for meeting the funding requirement for projects

- you will liaise with banks, financial institutions, PE funds, rating agencies and other stakeholders

- Prepare comprehensive financial models for various projects to deliver cash flow forecast, scenario analysis, risk assessment and return analysis

- Work closely with the project development team to identify, analyse and execute the most optimum financing solution for projects (including debt and equity)

- Modeling complex cash flow projections, analyzing credit agreements, drafting term sheets, and working with Bank products (Loans, Interest Rates Swaps, Foreign Exchange and Bonds);

- Coordinate with finance providers on due diligence, term sheet negotiations and documentation

- Performing due diligence, including reviewing market studies, engineering reports, financial models, customer financial information, project contracts, and legal analyses

- Supporting Project Finance deals and transactions through to closing and liaising with the Portfolio Group applying in-depth knowledge of the project finance market, credit analysis and administration;

- Analyzing new transactions and preparing credit application to be delivered to the internal credit team for their review and approval

- Work with project teams to ensure timely compliance with all conditions precedent and other obligations

- Coordinate the drawdown/repayment formalities for debt facilities and to monitor compliance with financing conditions and obligations
