Associate/Sr. Associate-Project Finance-Law Firm-(LLB must)

The profile would essentially include work into Infrastructure & Project Finance . (LLB must)

- Who has good experience working on projects from borrowing and lending perspective.

- Providing assistance in setting up and developing infrastructure projects.

- Representing developers, contractors, equity investors, and multilateral agencies in airport, power, roads, ports, fertilizer, telecommunication sectors, water and waste.

- Reviewing the documents from bankability perspective and provide a risk analysis of the project documents.

- Providing assistance in structuring contractual arrangements based on tax implications and other regulatory considerations.

- Advise developers on regular basis on project documents, including concession agreements, state support agreements, EPC contracts, project development agreements, equipment supply contracts, joint development agreements, consortium agreements, collaboration agreements, alliance agreements and operations and maintenance agreements.

- Acting as Legal Counsel and advising banks & financial institutions on various transactions, providing legal opinions and drafting of documents.

- Documentation work involves drafting, negotiation/ liasoning with the clients and finalization of various Agreements, vetting of share purchase, share subscription, applicability of stamp duty, security documentation, and such other related agreements, conducting/assisting in due diligence and preparation of reports.
