Below mentioned are few pointers for the opportunity - Capital Markets team Mumbai

Exposure to either equity or debt capital markets is fine

- Working with the team on domestic and international equity capital market transactions, namely, IPOs, FPOs, rights issues, QIPs, IPPs, FCCBs, ADRs, GDRs, etc. as well as select debt capital market transactions;

- Working with the team on select open offers, buy-back offers and delisting offers;

- Working with the team on settlement applications under the SEBI Settlement Regulations; and

- Working with the team on providing advice in relation to capital market issues and other select issues from a SEBI perspective
