LEGAL - ASSOCIATE/SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Responsible for Corporate M&A/PE legal work including FDI compliance, Shareholders agreements, Due Diligence, deal closure formalities etc

Handle all legal formalities for M&A independently

Work closely with all stakeholders including investors, partners, project team, top management etc

Strong in drafting general agreements and negotiations

Knowledge of Company laws, SEBI regulations, RBI & Foreign Exchange regulations (FEMA), FDI regulations etc

Advise business & investment teams on legal issues

LLB, 2-7 years experience, 24-32 years of age, Lady or gentleman
