Associate Research Manager/Senior Manager/Research Manager - FMCG (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

- Training & Team development; ensuring tradition of Quantum training edge.

- Attending workshops, training modules (outside of quantum) and translating these into Quantum output

- Conceptual commitment to innovation, thought leadership, product edge

- Identifying stars in an unbiased manner; ensuring their growth and reward

- Accountability & POA for target achievement

- Looking at client pie and evolving strategies

- Optimal deployment of resources - team planning so as to be able to execute project plans and strategies

- Pitching as a QCS team with seniors from other pillars

- Marketing other Quantum pillars in a convincing manner

- Independent research handling; hands-on involvement in critical research studies.

- Clarity about the four pillars and their interaction with one another.

- Producing hybrid debriefs as a part of a multi-pillar team

- Making debriefs independently

- Independently handling international fieldwork with the ability to capture cross-cultural data

- Being able to teach and train juniors to enhance their product skills.

- Close research interaction with SVPs, VPs, BOD

- Attending workshops, training modules for client or general refreshing of skills

- Customizing training modules to fast track the stars in the team; create robust mid level

- Recognized and respected by Clients as the face of Quantum

- Business generation (organic) - more from same client

- Attending client workshops; representing the Quantum Think tank along with a senior level person

- Becoming a repository of client information and past work

- Team leader on core clients; having and managing teams while managing the Client

- Proactive thinking for the client; calendar planning

- Managing team- ensuring constant flow of projects, keeping team motivated, contributing to professional growth and wellbeing; having the - pulse- of the team.

- Leading team confidently and optimistically

- Recognized as the team leader internally and with the client.
