- Should belong to Consulting/ Research Industry

- Should have an Exp in Client Management/ Project Management/ People Management

Responsibilities:

Project Management

- Having strong expertise and experience in one or more content area or categories

- Managing complex projects, end-to-end, and support Sales team in drafting client proposals

- Being responsible for the complete design of the analytical approach and work plan of projects

- Being responsible for smooth project operations — overall project quality and productivity of teams

Client Management

- Understanding the client objective, managing client expectations, and handling client communication on projects independently

People Management

- Managing project team(s) – providing regular feedback and offering step-up opportunities to develop advanced skills, and managing professional development on projects

- Mentoring individuals, apart from project teams, in their career and professional aspirations

Other Initiatives

- Taking a leadership role in organization improvement initiatives and activities such as knowledge management

- Designing and conducting skill-based internal training sessions independently

- Helping the organization in scaling up by actively participating in recruitment drives in the organization or on campus

Responsibility for Onsite Associate Project Manager:

Leading client meetings or calls independently and engaging with them proactively on the project

Leading Business Development activities independently

This includes generating new client leads, talking to them, and giving presentation about the services that organization can provide
