Associate/Project Lead/Team Manager - Research & Consulting (3-8 yrs)

Hiring for one of the Top Notch Management Consulting Firm. Based out of Gurgaon, hiring for multiple roles at Associate, Project Lead & Team Manager.

Looking candidates only from secondary research background with strong analytical skills.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following KRA :

- Take responsibility for assigning work streams. Monitors and manages workload and resolves overloads.

- Is proficient at identifying and using the relevant analytical tools and ensure zero-defect in all work streams and ensures quality work delivery

- Communicate data, knowledge, and clearly explain insights and implications for the client to the entire team. Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions.

- Take responsibility for assigning work streams. Monitors and manages workload and resolves overloads.

- Is proficient at identifying and using the relevant analytical tools and ensure zero-defect in all work streams and ensures quality work delivery.

Note : Team Managers will lead a group of Project Leaders, Associates and Analysts to execute multiple cases simultaneously

Candidates Profile :

- Person should be Graduate/MBA from top-tier institute/university with strong academic records and minimum 3-7 years of relevant experience .

- Incumbent should possess excellent analytic, case cracking, work planning, communication and team skills, and able to handle multiple tasks.
