- Good experience in Recruitment Metrics into Pipeline movement,Channel Mix and Conflict Management.
- Team Handling and Stakeholder Management experience is must.
- Should have handled 400-500 volumes per quarter.
- Good to have experience in Cost per joiner for AM level.
