Job Description:   - Performing Qualitative and Quantitative account business development support  - Analysis of company financial statements  - Performing ratio analysis, transaction and valuation analysis  - Conducting company and industry research   - Review of work performed by other team members  - Manage a team of 10-15 people  - Measure, monitor and improve client service by guiding team members and driving excellence in service delivery  - Partner with internal and external clients to improve processes  - Work with project leaders to analyze resource needs and gaps across locations, and devise alternative ways forward  - Assign people to projects based on their skills, career goals and clients expectations  - Participate in goal setting, performance appraisal and management of counselees.  Desired Profile:  - MBA/PG Diploma (Fin) with 6-8 years relevant experience.  - Should be working on merger and acquisitions projects, target and buyer identification, information memorandums, pitch books, DCF and other valuation methods, economy, industry and company research projects, project finance models and research based projects.  - Should have good exp in team management & client management.  - Have knowledge of research databases like CapitalIQ, Mergermarket, One Source, Factiva, Thomson, etc.  - Have a sound grasp of MS Excel; a natural interest in working and learning to use it to an advanced level
