Associate - Process Engineer (Manager)

Responsibilities:

- Business Case Development: Develop problem statements and evaluate them in relation to baseline performance and improvement goals.

- Continuous Improvement: Design proposed solutions including process, technology and policy changes Root Cause Analysis: Perform rapid front to back root cause using break through methods such as LEAN, Six Sigma, & BPM

- Project Delivery: Execute change throughout the entire change management lifecycle including design, requirements gathering, testing, and post implementation.

- Ongoing Evaluation: Identify and apply tools (e.g. control charts, control plans) for ongoing evaluation of the improved process, including lagging indicators and additional opportunities for improvement

- Process Audits: Conduct process audits to assess the health of a given process

- Balanced Scorecard Development: Coordinate with operations business units to align their work functions to end to end processes and collaborate with business areas to define key measures of performance and analyze potential improvement actions

Skills Required:

- Looking out for candidates from Consulting / Banking / Financial Services companies having 7-9 years of experience into Business Process Re-engineering and change management.

- Candidate must have experience in catering to or worked on Investment Banks / Financial Services projects.

- Must have Strong communication Skills

- Excellent Project Management Skills.
