Associate Manager - Post Mergers & Acquisition Financial Research - KPO

Following will be the roles & responsibilities involved for the position of an Associate Manager in the post M&A Research :

- Involved in post M&A Research & Integration - Financial Modeling, Valuation, Preparing Information Memorandum, Financial Restructuring, etc.

- Lead engagement teams executing transaction strategy to secure deal value .

- Support execution of the carve-out / integration plan while working to constantly identify areas for improvement.

- Manage a team of 5-7 professionals.

Candidates must have :

- Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field with 6-8 years- of applicable industry and/or consulting experience in M&A deals.

- Possess financial analysis experience from a number of pre and post-deal transactions.
