Represent the Employer before Courts, Tribunals, etc for various issues.
- Liasioning Matters with various Govt. Authoroties,etc
- Constant Liasioning with Unions and other labour leaders/politicians.
- Employee Discipline Matters.
- Working with Multiple Trade Unions, their activities and Union Elections.
- Anchoring the Meetings of Joint Management Committees Viz. Works Committee, Canteen Management Committee, Grievance Redressal Committee, Safety Committee, Works Committee, Quality Circles, etc
- Implementation of Contract Labour Management Systems, its initiatives and Agreements with various Contractors.
- Study and implementation of various Employee Statutory and Non-Statutory Welfare & Annual Gallup.
- Implementation of Group Medi-Claim Policy, Workmen Compensation & off-duty policies and TPA negotiations, Empanelment with Hospitals
- Creating a Role model for Safety & Implementation of Same.
- Overseeing retention of employees through effective strategies to achieve reduction in attrition.
- Employee Engagement & Employee Connect initiatives for workmen with a linkage to GPS and Business indices.
- Employee & Family Counselling, etc.
- Assisted in Long Term Settlement (LTS).
- Execution of Corporate Social Responsibility Activities (ESOPS) and its budget making.
- Audits : Legal Audits, Statutory Audits,OHSAS & EMS Audits and Reports.
