Our Client has set up an offshore shared services center in India-Mumbai which caters to the Group companies across the globe.  Details about the position:  Position: Associate Manager - Credit Risk  Location: Mumbai   Requisites:  - Degree in Accounting (Commerce Graduate) and MBA   - 4 to 6 years of diverse experience in Credit Administration, Treasury, Forex Management   - Experience in a multinational company   - Sound understanding of Credit Risk, Treasury Operations, Accounting and Reconciliations.   - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills a must   - Sound understanding and knowledge of process management as it deals with credit risk and administration   - Experience in Shared Service environment with focus on service delivery a must   - SAP FICO experience is must  - Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access skills   Responsibilities:   - Supports the development and implementation of the global credit risk function  - Provides input into the development and delivery of risk road map on credit risk and helps shape the service delivery framework for credit risk and administration   - Responsible for establishing a credit risk information platform and network for global entities   - Develops and recommends to the global owner of credit risk / administration the appropriate analytical methodology, tools, processes, and control frameworks, to assess credit risk   - Actively collaborate with key business partners in researching, developing and evaluating new credit policies and risk controls   - Supporting the Sales team with credit risk visibility, credit limit recommendation and credit risk mitigation   - Work collaboratively with the global Order to Cash (OTC) team ensuring appropriate credit risk visibility for the OTC team.   - Coordinate effectively with the Receivables team to monitor aged receivables to ensure timely collection   - Lead the coordination, maintenance, and implementation of improved reporting and functionality of Credit Risk systems   - Reporting of credit risk to Senior Management including credit decisions and recommendations, highlighting top credit risks within the organization   - Fixed income transaction processing, risk/compliance/liquidity reporting   - Act as a backup for Treasury activities like Global Cash position reporting, FX hedging support, Analysis of Fair value and cash flow hedge requirements, performance reporting of treasury products   - Benchmark industry performance in terms of credit metrics and best practices   - Regularly issue process and service delivery metrics with respect to the credit risk and administration function and work closely with the global process owner for credit risk.   - Liaison between customers and management   - Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements   Kindly forward your updated Profile / CV in a word format along with the following details:  Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period: Current Location: Relocation to Mumbai (Yes/No): Total years of experience: Skills / Expertise: Passport details: Do you hold any visa: Professional references -Two (Name, Designation, Company & Contact):  Cijo Job dEEVOiR HR Services
