Business Finance Associate Manager/ Manager

Position based in Bangalore

Qualification : MBA (Finance) from IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta or any other top notch Business School in India or abroad.

Professional experience : About 3 years or more of professional experience in the areas of :

- Financial Planning & Analysis and MIS (Essential)

- Budgeting & forecasting and budgetary controls management (Essential)

- Finance Partner and a Trusted Advisor to Business/Sales leaders supporting them in business decision making related to operations management, strategic management, capital investment and other resource investment, topline and bottomline management etc. (Essential)

- Costing and cost allocations / absorption, cost / expense control and management (Essential)

- P&L and Balance Sheet Management (Desirable)

- Pricing, Investment Analysis, ROI/ROE Analysis and business decision making support (Desirable)

- Business Strategy, Strategic and Operational Planning (Desirable)

- Audit & Risk Assurance services (Desirable)

- Financial operations or Finance functional management (not expecting, but if the candidate has this exposure, then it will be an added advantage)

- Financial control and Financial Reporting (not expecting, but if the candidate has this exposure, then it will be an added advantage)

- Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Funds management (not expecting, but if the candidate has this exposure, then it will be an added advantage)

People Management - Not expected to be a People Manager as the role interviewed for is an individual contributor role

Soft-skills - Very good presentation and communication skills, collaboration in a diverse and varied environment, leadership without formal authority, ambitious and looking forward to stretch assignment, hard-working willing to put long hours at work, dynamic and apt at change management, strategic thinking abilities.
