Role: Associate Manager - Business Development / Sales
Job Location : Japan
Major Responsibility/ Job Responsibility :
- Perform research required to assess the viability of the product/service/industry under study on competition, target market and opportunity areas.
- Solution sales/Business Development Activities.
- Meet with client to understand requirements, and create the proposal and estimate with the help from offshore team.
- Offshore Team Handling capability.
- Good Client Interaction and relationship management.
- Able to manage the targets assigned and report to the stake holders.
Key Result Areas :
- Manage the existing account and create the new business.
- Achieve the assigned target and create the plan if there is gap.
Necessary Qualification/Technical Skills :
- Level 2 of Japanese Language Skill (Level 1 preferred).
Desirable :
- Sales experience
- IT field work experience
