Responsibilities:  - Responsible for drafting and negotiating of standard residential leases and related documents  - Responding to queries on the content and status of residential leases from various departments within as well interacting with outside entities including relocation managers, lessors and their representatives  - Performing due diligence on leased properties to determine ownership and clear title by examining records, tax information, Katha certificates, Katha abstracts and other relevant documents;  - Calculating stamp duty and coordination of e-stamping  - Preparation/maintenance of files and records relating to all documents, those dispatched and those received from counterparts  - Follow-up work, both internally and with external parties as well as counterparts to gather comments, information, review and ultimately complete leases and prepare them for execution  - Organization of execution of completed leases and dispatch for counterparts’ signature. Follow-up work to ensure return of signed documents and completion and closing of files and records.  Skills:  - Law degree and have at least 5 years real estate experience in a major law firm or reputable company.
