Experience : 1-4 years

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Knows the broad principles and concepts related to the Banking and Financial Sector

- Understands application of the principles in the defined tasks related to basic Retail Banking processes such as DSR Calculation, credit policies etc

- Understanding of how the core principles of underwriting apply to everyday situations

- Able to explain why a particular condition applies to a risk

- Demonstrates an understanding of the role and importance of risk control and risk improvements and how these apply to own process

- Knows the purpose of regulation and which authority is responsible for Banking & Financial Services supervision; understands regulations and compliance requirements for own allocated tasks

- Should have excellent working knowledge of MS Office

- Should have the understanding to define framework for quality audits, checks and procedures in the process to identify deviations and take corrective steps

- Should have good typing speed with excellent accuracy

- Should have the capabilities to build a strong relationship with key counterparts and client points of contacts in order to be constantly updated about any changes and be in synch with the client

- Regularly incorporates audit results and client feedback to contribute with changes in processes and methods in order to achieve excellence

- Sets high standard of delivery

- Understands the end-to-end business processes related to credit evaluation
