Associate - Investment Team - Private Equity

We are looking to hire a person for one of the opportunities in a leading PE firm - Mumbai. This role is within an Investments Team of a PE firm responsible for below responsibilities:

Reviewing & Screening of prospective investment opportunities for the firm

Preparing detailed financial modeling and valuations of the companies

Undertake due-diligence analysis and prepare financial scenarios to maximize ROI

Strong Industry knowledge

Strong Analytical skills

Sound corporate finance and accounting skillset

Candidate should have an experience of 4-5 years in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting or Private Equity; should holds an MBA degree from Premier institutes.
