Participate in the origination of equity and debt fund raising transactions.   - Keep track of developments in various sectors/ geographies / industries and identify potential equity/ debt fund raising opportunities.   - Build and refine detailed financial models to evaluate financial viability under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures.   - Analysis and interpretation of financial statements; ability to then convey conclusions and insights clearly.   - Prepare transaction marketing material e.g. teasers, pitch-books with highest expectations on quality of output.   - Candidate should have 2-6 years of experience with a Private Equity fund/Consulting firm / Investment Bank / Equity Research   Should have good understanding of Real Estate Sector
