About our Client - Our client is a global Investment Bank with the capability to serve clients globally across TMT, consumer, infrastructure, real estate among other sectors. With an excellent track record, the bank has recently closed some marquee deals in cross-border M&A.
Job Description - As an Associate with the team, you will assist in pitching and executing mandates and will be required to have strong industry contacts.
Your responsibilities will include the following :
- Building and refining complex financial models for valuation requirements
- Creating information memorandums
- Organizing and managing client presentations
- Conducting due diligence sessions, a necessary component of financial transactions
The Successful Candidate - An ideal candidate would have the following :
- Experience into Infrastructure is a must
- Demonstrated track record in their current organization
- At least 4 years of corporate finance experience required (front office/ India coverage experience is a must)
- Post graduate from IIMs or ISB
- Exceptional quantitative and technical abilities
- Eye for detail
- Strong teamwork-orientation and ability to manage junior bankers
- Strong communications, multi-tasking and time management skills
