Associate - Indirect Tax - Mumbai

Qualification : C A

Experience - 3-4 years experience in Indirect Taxation

Job Title: Associate - Indirect Tax - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Provide indirect tax advice, compliance and consultancy services across a range of indirect tax matters

- Provide comprehensive advice and assistance on Customs duties, CENVAT (Central Excise), Service Tax, VAT (including works contract taxes and lease taxes),

- Develop strong client relationships

- Advise on classification, valuation, applicability of taxes on transactions and admissibility to tax benefits/exemptions

- Indirect Tax Reviews / Health Checks /Due Diligence Reviews

- Undertaking comprehensive reviews of business operations to identify tax planning opportunities

- Preparation of customised compliance manuals on all indirect taxes

- Drafting replies to notices and Drafting appeals and submissions

Candidate Profile:

Must Have:

- 3-4 years experience in Indirect Taxation
