We are looking for India Benefits Operations - Associate with a leading Investment Bank.

Job Location is Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

The team is responsible for managing all India - benefits operations and day-to-day work as related to benefits - Retirement, Insurance, car club etc.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing benefits and reporting.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work independently, drive processes and take decisions

Manage policy and program management for Benefits related activities including Retirement (PF, Gratuity)

Insurance and Car and club programs

Preferred - Male candidates
