Associate - Global Markets - Structuring - Investment Bank (2-5 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyse financial data of companies and work on financing deals like acquisition financing, promoter financing, mezzanine financing, real estate financing etc
- Assignments will involve term sheet preparation, analysis of financial data of companies, preparation of financial models, preparation of committee memos, interacting with clients and investors on deals and interacting with internal stakeholders (legal, risk, compliance etc) on deals.
- Expected to work very closely and in a coordinated manner with their colleagues in many functions within the organisation as well as in Region
Key Skills:
- Strong credit analysis skills and knowledge of Indian regulatory environment
- Ability to run a deal in its entirety by coordinating with various stakeholders and hit the ground running.
- Conversant in corporate finance (e.g. accounting and tax)
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Strong desire to excel, high degree of motivation and willing to take leadership and responsibility for deals
- Eye for detail. Willingness and capability to perform efficiently and produce high quality work under time constraints are absolutely essential.
